As the trusted right hand of the Global Sales Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a dynamic global sales organization. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate international travel, organize meetings and events, handle expenses and Purchase Orders, and support a wide range of operational activities. With the organization going through significant change, your ability to stay organized, think ahead, and adapt quickly will be essential.
We're looking for an experienced Management Assistant with at least six years of executive support experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proven experience managing complex international travel. Experience with SharePoint is a plus. You are proactive, discreet, resilient, fluent in English, and enjoy working in an ambitious, international team where no two days are the same.

Manage the Global Sales Director's complex calendar, meetings, and priorities to ensure an efficient daily schedule;

Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries;

Provide administrative support by handling expenses, Purchase Orders (POs), and other operational tasks;

Organize and coordinate team meetings, functional events, and international off-site meetings;

Act as a trusted partner by maintaining confidentiality, proactively anticipating needs, and supporting the Global Sales Director in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Management Assistant or Executive support, supporting senior leadership;
- Proven experience managing complex international calendars and travel arrangements, with advanced Outlook skills;
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and resilient, able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
- Experience with Purchase Orders (POs) and preferably knowledge of SharePoint with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Offer
- Start: 13th of july;
- Initial contract until the end of this year;
- 24 hours per week;
- Location: Amsterdam;
- Salary indication (gross per month): €4,000;
- Candidates must be based in the Netherlands and fully eligible to work here (no relocation or visa sponsorship possible).
