Job profile

• Development experiments Set up, plan, execute and analyse experiments, and reports results, taking into account possible risks, in line with test set-up and strategy of the R&D and/or business department;
• Upscaling: Upscale and implement new products/processes/packages/applications in operational environment, according to all applicable guidelines;
• Value engineering : Assess, improve and refine existing products/processes/packages/ applications;
• Projects : Set-up, plan and execute projects in own area, within the project management guidelines and the R&D and/or business strategy;
• Knowledge development : Keep up with relevant internal and external developments in the own area of expertise, exchange and share knowledge with other professionals, as well as develop and maintain own network;
• Relation management : Build and maintain a network of relevant internal and external relations, stakeholders, partners and customers, especially in the triangle operations, marketing & sales and R&D.

Results

• Development experiments: Feasibility of new products/processes/packages is tested meeting the applicable quality and safety standards and in line with project objectives;
• Upscaling: New products/processes/packages/applications are fully tested at pilot and factory scale;
• Value engineering : Total cost of ownership is reduced;
• Projects : Project objectives and contribution to the R&D department and business requirements are realised;
• Knowledge development : Knowledge of and insight into developments within the professional specialism is up-to-date
• Relation management : Information and new ideas are used as input for R&D activities, R&D input is given for commercial opportunities and access to relevant parties and (new) information is maintained.
  

Requirements

• You are a team player with key competences: entrepreneurial, result oriented, decisiveness, networker, creative, open minded and flexible.
• You take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change.
• Proven experience (> 4 years) in project management product development (preferably in cheese), excellent communication skills in English and preferably basic understanding of Dutch.
• A Master’s degree in food technology or food science, (bio)chemistry or chemical engineering, preferably in dairy and > 4 years working experience in food industry, more specifically in cheese or cheese technology.

Offer

Through our agency, you will receive a contract for a 3 month assignment .

The salary range for this full-time role is between €4500 and €5600 gross per month, depending on your education and experience. Please note that this position is not available for ZZP’ers.
