Medical strategy support- Support and help drive the medical deployment of key scientific strategies, translating strategic priorities into clear medical direction and compelling scientific narratives;
- Act as a strategic medical partner in shaping portfolio-level narratives, value propositions, and scientific claims in line with Medical Affairs and compliance standards.
- Oversee and support the medical deployment of priority scientific and educational assets, ensuring coherent activation across education, scientific exchange, and congresses;
- Guide the development and deployment of educational materials for healthcare professionals, ensuring content is scientifically robust, compliant, and part of a coherent learning journey;
- Support teams in translating complex science into clear, credible, and differentiated messages for healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the medical activation strategy at key scientific congresses and external events, ensuring strong scientific storytelling and message alignment;
- Act as a senior medical sparring partner on scientific content, narratives, and engagement approaches.
Requirements : Medical Affairs Manager (TEMP)
- Advanced scientific training (Master’s degree minimum) in nutrition, life sciences, medicine, or a related field
- Proven experience in Medical Affairs is required, ideally within nutrition, paediatrics, infant health, or a related healthcare category;
- Experience in Early Life Nutrition is strongly preferred. Knowledge of immune development, microbiota, biotics, and related scientific topics is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements;
- Competencies
- Strong balance between strategic medical thinking and pragmatic execution;
- Comfort working on strategic initiatives with evolving scope and stakeholder complexity;
- Ability to translate complex science into clear, credible, and relevant value propositions for healthcare professionals
- Experience working cross functionally in a matrix environment;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
The Offer : Medical Affairs Manager (TEMP)
Through our agency, you will receive a 6 -month temporary contract.
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 6 months or that our client will make you an offer of a contract, however, we are not able to guarantee this.
- Salary will be around €5000 - 7000 gross a month based on a full-time position (40 hours a week) and is based on education and experience;
- Travel expenses will be covered;
- Pension plan.
