Responsibilities Senior Demand Planner EMEA (Fashion/Temp)
As Senior Demand Planner EMEA, you will be responsible for translating commercial objectives into actionable demand and inventory plans across the EMEA region.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining demand forecasts across multiple product categories;
- Supporting seasonal sales, margin, and inventory planning processes;
- Aligning demand plans with Merchandising, Buying, Wholesale, and E-commerce teams;
- Providing insights and recommendations to improve forecasting accuracy and inventory performance;
- Supporting seasonal buy planning and product range decisions.
Beyond these core responsibilities, you will analyse business performance, identify commercial opportunities, contribute to integrated demand planning initiatives, and drive continuous improvements in planning systems and processes.
Requirements Senior Demand Planner EMEA (Fashion/Temp)
We are looking for a commercially minded planning professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.
You bring:
- 4-7+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, or Wholesale Planning;
- Experience within fashion, retail, FMCG, or another consumer-driven environment;
- Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and merchandise financial planning;
- Advanced analytical skills and experience working with data-driven decision making;
- Fluent English communication skills.
Experience working in an international matrix organization and collaborating with multiple departments across regions is highly desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Retail, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
