Job profile

  • Take ownership of major retail and Out-of-Home customer accounts;
  • Drive revenue, profitability, and long-term business growth;
  • Define and execute the local sales strategy;
  • Coach, motivate, and guide field sales representatives to achieve strong commercial results;
  • Develop effective go-to-market plans and create compelling commercial propositions;
  • Increase brand and private-label presence while driving volume growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in sales;
• FMCG experience required; export experience is a plus;
• Proven experience in acquiring new business and growing key accounts;
• Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills;
• Effective communicator with strong influencing skills and a team mindset;
• Proactive, flexible, well-organized, and results-driven;
• Digitally savvy with a ‘can-do’ attitude;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Based in the Netherlands.

Offer

Through our agency, you will receive a temporary contract for the stated period of time. (1st of August till the 15th of January)
