Job profile
As Organisation Design & Transformation Consultant, you will play a key role in analysing, designing and optimising organisational structures, roles and operating models. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and HR teams to ensure organisational effectiveness, consistency and agility across the business.
In this role, you combine strategic thinking, analytical capability and strong stakeholder management to support organisation-wide decision-making and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and redesign organisational structures (As-Is / To-Be) aligned with strategy and operating model principles;
- Conduct organisational diagnostics, including spans & layers analyses, FTE development and role distribution reviews;
- Identify structural inefficiencies and translate findings into practical organisation design recommendations;
- Develop clear organisational models, role definitions and accountability frameworks;
- Execute and support job evaluation processes, including Korn Ferry Hay methodologies;
- Assess organisation proposals against governance principles, job frameworks and HR taxonomy;
- Support reorganisations, integrations and transformation initiatives;
- Advise senior leaders, HR Business Partners and project teams on organisation design decisions;
- Develop dashboards, trend analyses and organisational insights to support data-driven decision-making;
- Deliver impact assessments covering organisational, financial and operational implications;
- Coach and support stakeholders on organisation design methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
We are looking for a professional who combines organisation design expertise with strong analytical and advisory skills.
You bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organisational Studies, Business Administration or a related field;
- 6-10 years of experience within Organisation Design, Organisation Development or HR Transformation;
- Experience with organisation diagnostics, operating models and organisational restructuring;
- Knowledge of job evaluation systems (Korn Ferry Hay experience is highly preferred);
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with people analytics and workforce data;
- Experience advising senior stakeholders and influencing without formal authority;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools;
- Experience within a similar industry is considered a strong plus;
- Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

- Temporary assignment, starting immediately until October 9th, 2026;
- Full-time (38 hours per week);
- Hybrid working model;
- Maximum all-in rate of €75 per hour;
- Or a temporary contract through our agency with a salary up to €6,100 gross per month based on 38 hours.
